Charles Plaster

Senior Analyst

Charles Plaster joined Segment in 2018 and currently serves as a Senior Analyst. In this role, he is responsible for executing equity trades and overseeing the management of the firm’s fixed-income investments. He also plays a key role in client service, supervising client reporting, responding to data requests, and supporting ongoing client communications.

Charles holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Information Systems from Henderson State University, where he developed a strong foundation in data analysis and financial systems. While at Henderson State, he played college football, an experience that sharpened his leadership, team-oriented mindset and accountability qualities that continue to shape his approach to investment management and client service.
